Crew Civil Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Crew Civil – Pipe Repair to join our Works Delivery Team based at Olinda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our civil project works across Melbourne Water's Waterways & land assets.

Reporting to the Program Lead, this full-time position involves working alongside our experienced team to ensure the delivery of our civil project works. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, and collaborating with your colleagues to find effective solutions.

• You have a proven track record of experience in civil asset maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices involved.
• You hold a valid Victorian Driver's license (HR or MR preferred), and are able to safely operate a vehicle.
• You are able to undertake a pre-employment medical, and have the required qualifications and certifications.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to deliver the appropriate outcomes and make sound judgments.
• You are able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and contribute to improving processes and responding to various demands.
• You are able to work under pressure and in emergency situations, and have the ability to use initiative and innovation in a range of tasks.
