HR Driver – Waste Collector

Job Position:

We are seeking skilled and reliable HR Drivers to undertake scheduled recycling waste collections using rear lift trucks.

  • Operate Rear Lift trucks to complete scheduled recycling waste collections in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure daily pre-start checks are conducted and vehicles are maintained in accordance with safety standards.
  • Follow route schedules, reporting any delays or issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch and site supervisors.
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hazard identification.

To be successful:

  • Hold a current and valid HR Truck Licence.
  • Minimum 6-12 months' experience operating an HR truck.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to early morning starts.
  • Ability to provide a current driving history report.
  • Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle multiple times per shift.
