We're seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team in shaping the future of banking. As a key member of our Business Banking Technology team, you'll be responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation in data engineering practices.

About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you'll provide expert advice on technology, solution design, and architecture, while leading and mentoring a team of data engineers. You'll be responsible for shaping the evolution of technical squads, contributing to the bank's technology strategy, and prioritizing the backlog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on technology, solution design, and architecture.
  • Contribute to the bank's technology strategy and prioritize the backlog.
  • Shape the evolution of technical squads and lead by example.
