About the Role:

  • Act in a manner that promotes the best interest of the children.
  • Implement and assist in the development of a high-quality educational curriculum for all enrolled children that is consistent with the service philosophy, policies and procedures and the National Quality Standards.
  • Role model positive relationships for children in our care.
  • Assist in the planning and development of an inclusive environment to support every child's learning.
  • Demonstrate respect & build and maintain positive relationships with families at service.
  • Build Collaborative relationships with all staff in service based on trust, respect, and honesty.
  • Engage in professional conversations with other educators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed Diploma and/or Cert III qualification (working towards Diploma).
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and documenting children's learning.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates including Anaphylaxis and Asthma.
  • Completed Child Protection Course or willing to obtain.
