The Opportunity

This is your chance to be part of a team delivering once-in-a-lifetime projects that make a real difference in our communities. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll lead and mentor a team, driving successful project outcomes for clients.

  • Expertise in various aspects of civil engineering including study involvement, scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
  • Experience in scoping and developing engineering work packages including time-based estimates for deliverables.
  • An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Ability to understand clients' core business and ensure services meet their expectations.
  • A working style that embraces working collaboratively with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise from across a business.
  • Relevant industry knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership.
