About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Max Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver language, literacy, and numeracy training to students
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
  • Use effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach
  • Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance

About You:
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of students
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Driven, supportive, and community-minded individual

Qualifications:
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL or
  • An undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications
