As a retailer, you'll play an integral role in helping us achieve this goal. You'll work closely with our management team to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the store's overall success.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include supporting the management team, driving sales, and improving operational excellence. This will involve working collaboratively with colleagues, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to create unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
  • Full availability on late night trade and weekends & Monday to Wednesday day availability
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
