We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Digital Solutions Architect.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of digital design and development. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our sales organization to drive value within our customer base, decreasing their time to value and helping them sustain long-term impact.

As a key member of our team, you will build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing. You will blend your developer knowledge with your ability to convey design best practices, helping large organizations unlock the power of the Figma platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations.
  2. Partner with the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to prospective customers (pre-sales) and existing customers (post-sales).
  3. Manage IT and Security relationships during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions.
  4. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap through customer insights.
  5. Strengthen Figma's security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal teams to resolve findings.
  6. Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams.
  7. Translate complex technical concepts for both non-developers and expert audiences.
  8. Collaborate with amazing Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily.

Requirements
  • 8+ years professional experience with proven ability to problem solve.
  • 4+ years of product development experience using a modern component-based framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business.

A comfort level with up to 25% travel is also desirable.
