Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education

Busy Bees at Warwick is a 105-place service dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where young minds can flourish. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for learning in children.

We are seeking a dynamic and confident leader in the Early Childhood Industry to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard, ensuring best practices in our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community.
  • Ensure all children have equitable access to learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
