About the Role

As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining building operations at optimum efficiency and cost-effectiveness, adhering to customer and statutory requirements. This involves developing and implementing onsite engineering and operational strategies to deliver leading-edge service delivery solutions.

You will promote, attend to, and supervise the proper care of the building operations systems, installations, facilities, and finishes in accordance with owner/building policies and procedures or otherwise in accordance with CBRE policies and procedures.

  • Ensure orders are issued and invoices processed in the defined time frame. A register of invoices, orders, and requests for service is to be always maintained.
  • Complete and submit to the Property Manager Building Operational Reports in the format and time schedule designated by the Manager.
  • Maintain, implement, and review Risk Management practices and risk minimisation processes to actively reduce insurance premiums and liabilities.

About You

  • Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related role.
  • Sound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.
  • Contractor management experience within a commercial, industrial, or retail building environment highly advantageous.
