Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team at Connect One Recruitment.

The role involves conducting audits of cleaning and facilities management contract outcomes, performance and compliance on behalf of internal and external clients to ensure contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide auditing, inspection, monitoring and performance management services for cleaning and facilities management contracts on behalf of client agencies to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Provide timely and accurate systems information to client agencies and contractors with the aim of achieving 'best practice' in asset management.
  • Maintain contract information databases and ensure data integrity in order to provide effective asset management services for client agencies, property and the community.

Requirements:

  • A wide-ranging depth of knowledge of cleaning systems, equipment, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • A current and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive to remote locations throughout all of NSW, including overnight stays and country travel every alternate week for around 20 weeks per annum.
