Job OverviewA leading childcare service is seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our team at Blakeview. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant community with close proximity to local amenities.About the RoleWe are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and deliver contemporary educational practices for children, educators, and families. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children from 6 weeks to five years old.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, educators, and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (Essential)
  • Experience as a Room Leader or extensive experience as an educator
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Current First Aid Certificate required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents and caregivers
