  • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure efficient operations within budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Ensure our dining facilities meet health and safety standards, providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction with our meals and service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise our waiting and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with order-taking to provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor staff performance, setting targets for sales and expenditures to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the scheduling and rostering of our restaurant staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus with our chef, as well as create unique Vietnamese-style cocktails and coffees for our drink list.
  • Maintain knowledge of wine and its pairing options to enhance our customers' dining experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of Vietnamese cuisine and culture.
  • Related qualification in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, including ingredients and dishes.
