Female Support Professional

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with disabilities
- Help individuals to develop life skills and participate in activities that promote independence
- Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Certificate 3 or higher in a relevant field
- Experience working in mental health or disability care
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Complex behaviour experience preferred but not essential
- Award rates of pay
- Part-time and casual positions available
- 11% superannuation guarantee
- Five weeks annual leave per year
- Support for yellow and blue cards
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
