In Australia, our team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Management Consultant - Strategic Project Lead to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in environmental management, project coordination, and leadership to drive complex projects forward.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and successful performance of our Environmental Management services across ANZ. About the Role

This challenging and rewarding position involves coordinating and managing large multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement effective project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive collaboration among team members.

A critical component of this role is building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively coordinate and lead project teams, negotiate with clients, and communicate project progress and risks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess extensive experience (15+ years) in environmental management, project coordination, and leadership, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful projects. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is essential, along with a strong understanding of environmental legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
