We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive change and deliver transformation initiatives that unlock real value.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to join our high-impact team within the Strategy & Transformation function.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, processes, and data needs through workshops and structured engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes and technical specifications that guide solution design and delivery.
  • Conduct current state assessments and develop future state models to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform gap analyses between current and future states to support strategic decision-making and transformation planning.
  • Contribute to business case development by supporting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and value propositions.
  • Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.
About You
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong process mapping, redesign, and modelling skills across diverse business functions.
  • Excellent data literacy and facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate across all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field; certifications in Agile or Business Analysis are desirable.
