Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a successful sales career in the HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical sales principles, particularly in the light commercial sector. They should also be proficient in providing expert advice on HVAC products and have a proven track record of success in inside sales roles.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing effective solutions. You will work closely with other team members to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education preferred
  • Technical sales experience, especially in the HVAC industry, highly desirable
  • Prior experience with Daikin Comfort products a plus
  • Strong track record of inside sales success and customer service skills
  • Proficient sales skills with ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Action-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in computer skills and technology
