**Food and Beverage Manager Opportunity**We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to drive growth and development in our Functions and Events Centre.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategies to grow and develop the Centre, including the development of an effective sales pipeline.
  • Key responsibilities will include menu creation, drink selection, and event/function package development, as well as managing food and beverage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and brand standards.
Requirements
  • A current RSA certificate is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong food, beverage, hospitality and functions/event management experience.
  • Prior experience leading a team is essential.
  • The candidate should also possess basic skills with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales Systems.
