Ignite Your Career with a Professional Experience Program

Are you a soon-to-be or recent law graduate eager to launch your career?

We offer a full-time, permanent role as part of our 24-month professional experience program. You'll rotate across two practice areas and receive a tailored learning and development plan.

Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of work, clients, and industries, utilizing your law background to help our clients. In the past, our analysts have been exposed to diverse tasks such as reviewing legislation, preparing briefs, and drafting advice.

Guidance from dedicated buddies, managers, and graduate program managers will be available to support you throughout your journey. Close interaction with our partners and senior staff is also expected.

A permanent role within one of our practice areas will be offered upon completing the program. This role will be tailored to your interests, skillset, and business requirements.

To succeed in this program, you must be a soon-to-be or recent law graduate with a completed Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor. A double degree including commerce, business, accounting, or finance is advantageous but not essential. You must also be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
