At a residential aged care facility, our team provides high-quality care to seniors. This role involves delivering compassionate support and working closely with healthcare professionals.

We are seeking an experienced AIN to join our dedicated care team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals.

You will be responsible for providing quality care and recreational activities to our residents, working collaboratively with registered nurses and other care staff. We offer comprehensive training and support from our RNs and management team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care (desirable)
  • Immunisation record - COVID, including booster mandatory
  • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, and all levels of staff
  • A passion for working with the elderly
