We are seeking an experienced NDIS Consultant to join our team at Sureway, a leading provider of health services. As a NDIS Consultant, you will work in a dual service role, delivering support coordination and employment services to NDIS Participants.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality support coordination and employment services to NDIS Participants
  • Network and market our support coordination and NDIS employment services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent client outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience working in Support Coordination or NDIS School Leaver Employment Support
  • Exceptional administrative and communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality client care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
