
Regional Collaboration Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful collaboration and strengthen regional leadership across Queensland. The ideal candidate will work closely with government agencies to identify and implement innovative solutions that address local priorities.
The Regional Development Division is responsible for driving investment, social and economic development, growth, jobs, and liveability in Queensland communities. As a key member of this team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that foster cross-agency collaboration and ensure aligned outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with regional networks, providing expert support to strengthen regional leadership and drive meaningful collaboration. You will also help turn innovative, place-based ideas into real-world initiatives by guiding interagency teams through complex project landscapes.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement governance frameworks that ensure cross-agency efforts stay aligned, well-coordinated, and outcomes-focused.
- You will draft high-quality advice and provide smart, local insights to help Queensland's regions thrive.
