Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, supporting our medical professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. You will receive comprehensive training and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and handling phone calls
  • Triage and booking appointments
  • Administrative tasks, including billing and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical administration or reception role (advantageous)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Current vaccination and immunisation status
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
