Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced software engineer who excels in building robust full-stack applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Designing and developing complex full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, CSS, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS services.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
    • Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
    • Proficiently using Git/version control in a collaborative environment.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of backend development principles.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern authentication protocols.
    • Proficiency in IoT cloud platforms, device integration workflows, and React Native/Expo is highly desirable.
  • Working Conditions:

As a mid-senior full stack developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building and updating the website and mobile apps to support high-priority initiatives. This includes new product and service launches, marketing campaigns, and anything that directly impacts customer-facing services.

You will collaborate with people across the company, especially Product Development, Marketing, and Medical teams. The team operates in a weekly cadence, aligning on priorities and deciding what's most important to tackle. You will have autonomy, but also need to be independent and take ownership of your work.

The Core team handles slower, more stable work, such as internal tooling and overall system architecture. If your work touches shared systems or architecture, you will work with the Core team for code reviews and approval.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards taking risks, and a willingness to learn from mistakes. They should be able to explain their thought process, showcase examples from previous experiences, and share their motivations, challenges, fears, and aspirations.
