Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and maintain washroom hygiene services, including product delivery and cleaning services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients through oral and written communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety parameters and Initial's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Australian driver's license.
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
  • Cleaning or related industry experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive long distances.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently work within client and Initial safety parameters.
