Education Specialist for Young Children

As an Education Specialist for Young Children at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be a flexible and team-oriented professional ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed.
Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
We're seeking someone with Certificate III - Children's Services or equiv qualification who is willing to travel between other local services and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities- Contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise the children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Our competitive salary package includes above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance. You'll also receive comprehensive induction and training, professional development opportunities, career pathways, first nations support, and cultural leave.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on a 38-hour workweek and assuming $28.62-$32.23 per hour plus 21 percent casual loading.
