Sales Consultant Opportunity in Northwest Coastal Region

- To succeed in this Sales Associate role, you'll need to have excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as the ability to work closely with the Sales Consultants.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires you to be onsite, working 5 days a week, with your days off being Monday and Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities- You'll be responsible for responding to all sales enquiries, providing guidance before passing them onto the Sales Consultants.
- Providing exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland.
- Managing all incoming information via phone, emails, website, and general enquiries.
- Booking initial visits for potential home buyers with Sales Consultants.
- Keeping potential home buyers informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs.
- Reporting – tracking the results of all incoming and outbound communication and fortnightly call reports.
- Contract management – issuing contracts.
- To be considered for this role, you'll need to have sales experience from a background in real estate, development, or construction, or a similar sales background.
- You'll also need to hold a current real estate registration.
- A genuine interest in driving sales is essential.
- Experience in database management is also required.
- You'll need to be able to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and be well-organised.
- You'll have a natural ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You'll be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A current driver's license is also required.
