Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing support to Account Executives and Account Managers in achieving sales targets. This will involve timely response to internal & external queries, accurate preparation of quotations, and assistance with sales proposal preparation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute customer price lists.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality customer service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, in an ICT environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with effective negotiation and problem-resolution skills.
