We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated guest services maintenance associate to join our team. As a guest services maintenance associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and guest rooms are well-maintained and in good working order.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing equipment, facilities, and guest rooms to prevent damage and ensure optimal functionality
  • Performing regular checks on equipment and facilities to identify potential issues
  • Addressing curative repairs in a timely manner to minimize disruption to guests
  • Supporting the team by reviewing guest feedback and participating in improvement initiatives
  • Upholding safety standards and procedures, including compliance with OH&S regulations
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks and inspections using hotel systems

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving, reasoning, organizational, and training abilities
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment is desirable
