About the Senior Grading Specialist Role

This is a senior-level position within our Surface Mining team, responsible for delivering high-quality grading services to support safe haulage of ore and waste rock.

The role involves operating a grader (16H) in surface mining operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with the mining team to achieve production goals by cutting and filling to levels, maintaining clean road surfaces, and forming drainage to prevent ponding.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining equipment in good working condition through regular inspections, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  • Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the mining team to optimize production processes.
