Asphalt Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asphalt Project Manager to lead our road construction projects across Western Australia.

About the Job:
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of asphalt construction and associated works as directed.
  • Provide leadership in relation to safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Optimise financial performance through coordination, programming, and administration of contracting operations and obligations.

You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, building relationships with clients, employees, and contractors, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Previous experience working on roading projects, including maintenance and application of asphalt plant and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
