Product Design Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Carole Park. This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with drafting, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver accurate designs that meet customer requirements, ISO standards, and our commitment to excellence.
About the Role:- Conduct and create Finite Element Analysis (FEA), technical documentation, and design packages.
- Perform engineering analysis and performance validation to ensure designs meet intended outcomes.
- Create or update design and manufacturing drawings as required to support project delivery and accuracy.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to drafting team members.
- Engage with customers to define specifications and confirm technical requirements.
- Maintain design traceability and version control through Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
- Participate in design reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, experience in product design within a manufacturing or industrial environment, proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
