System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Implementation Specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system implementation, configuration, and testing, with expertise in Windows Servers, SQL, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring system architectures tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day operations, including installation, deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, and administration of system software components, networks, databases, servers, and workstations.
  • Design and configure system architectures tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with clients during the implementation and go-live phases to design data models, network requirements, backup strategies, and integration processes.
  • Analyze and implement technology solutions to optimize business operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Australian Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of Australian experience as ICT implementation technician.
  • One year of experience with system implementation.

Essential Skills:

  • Full-spectrum system implementation – from installation, configuration, and testing to training and post-go-live support.
  • Deep expertise in Windows Servers, SQL, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and more.
  • Strong client engagement – from designing data models to integrating payment terminals.
  • Hands-on project management – tracking hours, resources, and system integrity.
