Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex software solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate industry standards and best practices using CI/CD and SRE tooling to provide testability, reliability, scalability, and security.

  • You will improve processes and efficiencies, define a well-lit path for development across the company, and educate broader engineering teams to uplift productivity.

  • You will improve capabilities in testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, resource management, observability through alerting, logging, and monitoring, and facilitate integration or rationalization of vendor services.

  • You will advocate for code quality and build on a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Platform engineering/DevOps best practices.

  • Strong Technical Background: Experience enabling platform tooling.

  • Teamwork Skills: Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships, adding to the company culture.

  • Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable code and ensure code reviews and best practices are followed.

  • Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate engineers.

  • AWS Experience: Experience in AWS and/or multi-tenant SaaS preferred.
