We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Services Manager to lead our national electrical team in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of Australia's EV charging network.

Job Description:

This role is pivotal in preventing and resolving electrical issues, conducting diagnostics, and implementing corrective actions to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians and contractors, setting performance targets, and fostering a culture that prioritizes safety and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, Australian standards (e.g., AS/NZS 3000), and WHS legislation. They should have demonstrated experience in fault finding, asset maintenance, and remote diagnostics, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead preventative and reactive maintenance across the EV charging network, ensuring prompt resolution of electrical issues.
  • Manage a national team of electricians and contractors, providing guidance on technical matters and overseeing their development.
  • Conduct safety inspections, quality audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to electrical standards.
  • Provide advanced technical support, oversee commissioning processes, and assist with software integration as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Nationally recognized electrical license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service/field support roles, including supervision or management.
  • Deep understanding of electrical safety and Australian standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in repairs, fault finding, asset maintenance, and remote diagnostics.
  • Strong grasp of WHS legislation, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
