Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as per Base requirements.
  • Carry out repairs and troubleshoot faults in heavy-duty diesel engines and other equipment.
  • Assist in the rig-up of equipment during function testing in the yard and with workshop activities.
  • Operate and maintain equipment for pre-commissioning projects under instruction from a supervisor.
  • Inspect equipment prior to operation at site and safely rig up equipment as per operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Hold a technical diploma or have extensive maintenance-related experience in heavy-duty diesel engines, liquid nitrogen pumps, and air compressors.
  • Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
  • Have an extensive knowledge and expertise in pre-commissioning equipment and troubleshooting faults.
  • Possess advanced analytical skills to find solutions to complex technical problems.
