Key Responsibilities Include:
  • BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
  • PROVIDE PERSONALIZED SUPPORT TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER EMPLOYABILITY AND JOB RETENTION RATES
  • FACILITATE TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND ENHANCE EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY
Requirements for Success:
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG ALLIANCES WITH DIVERSE STAKEHOLDERS
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR A RELATED FIELD IS DESIRABLE
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WHILE MAINTAINING EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS WITH SENSITIVITY TOWARDS CUSTOMER VULNERABILITIES
