Sports and Programs Leader

This role focuses on advancing the mission of a Catholic College through leadership founded on quality education.
- Developing and implementing effective sporting activities within the college environment.
- Ensuring quality student opportunities and effective teacher practice through supervision and guidance.
- Cultivating collaborative relationships with staff to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Fostering partnerships within and outside the college to drive educational excellence.
The leader will promote a safe and supportive environment for students, embodying the values of Catholic Education.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the development and implementation of sports programs and activities.
- Supervising teachers to ensure effective teaching practices and strategies.
- Building relationships with staff, students, and parents to foster a positive school community.
- Contributing to curriculum development and implementation.
The successful applicant will be committed to creating and maintaining a child-safe organisation and will advocate for Catholic Education values.
Required Qualifications and SkillsA strong commitment to quality education and student success is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading sporting programs, supervising teachers, and building relationships with staff, students, and parents.
