The Advanced Disability Support Worker role is a critical part of our mission to empower people to live as equal and empowered citizens. As an experienced professional in the disability sector, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in Wangaratta. The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with daily activities and goals, as well as managing behaviours of concern. A person-centred approach is essential in this role, and you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

This is a permanent full-time position with a 76/76 fortnightly split. You will work closely with a diverse team to provide support and assistance to our customers, promoting their independence and autonomy. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
