Education Solution Design and Activation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of education solutions that cater to diverse stakeholders and learning requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough needs analyses to identify stakeholders' learning needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage existing products and adapt them to suit various delivery formats, including online and hybrid models.
- Mapped architecture to ensure seamless solution delivery, aligning resources and system requirements accordingly.
- Evaluating operational readiness and financial risks to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in education or training solution design.
- Strategic use of existing capabilities to drive innovation and growth.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of learning design principles and adult learning theory.
- Project planning and implementation readiness, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Leadership and influence, with a strong track record of achieving results through others.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
