About the Role:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers.
  • Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.

About You:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in case management.
  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed.
