We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a key member responsible for delivering exceptional eye care services to our clients.

About Us:

As an independent optometry practice, we have been serving our local community for over 45 years. Our success stems from building long-lasting relationships with our patients through traditional and personalized customer service.

Our team values providing professional eye care and patient education combined with quality eyewear. We take the time to understand our patients' needs and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.

We support local communities by sourcing and selecting spectacle frames and lenses from local suppliers. Our clinic is socially conscious, participating in vision care programs that benefit marginalized and disadvantaged people in Australia and overseas.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a new team member who shares our passion for delivering excellence in customer service.

About You:

  • Experience working in a retail environment (optical industry experience an advantage)
  • Share our passion for vision care

This role has an ultimate customer focus, assisting customers in finding the perfect frame for their personality and being the face of our practice while providing support in all clinic activities.

This is a part-time role with flexibility to work extra days/hours to cover holiday and sick leave.
