About the Opportunity:

We are seeking highly skilled section waitstaff to join our team at Carlotta, a new Mediterranean restaurant in Canberra. As a section waitstaff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant environment.
  • Manage a section of tables, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, wine list, and restaurant operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to Lucas Restaurants' standards of quality, service, and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a section waitstaff in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid RSA Certificate.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
