Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Structural and Forensic Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will conduct comprehensive forensic investigations and structural assessments to determine the root cause, extent, and necessary remediation requirements of damage across various structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform site inspections in metropolitan and regional areas to assess structural integrity and identify potential issues.
  • Analyze failures in residential, commercial, and industrial structures, providing detailed reports on causes and recommended repairs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including homeowners, insurers, builders, and other relevant parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (RPEQ or CPEng preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in remediation or forensics.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with insurance companies or legal teams.
  • Valid Unrestricted Australian Drivers License.
