
Senior Power Systems Specialist

This permanent, full-time Electrical Engineer position is available with a leading coastal shipping company. The role offers a stable and secure work environment, promoting work-life balance through a roster schedule of 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off.
The operation is based in Whyalla, South Australia, and reports to the Electrical Engineer Manager. Key responsibilities include daily inspections of electrical equipment, maintenance, and ensuring the operation of power generation at the Transhipment Facility.
- Maintain electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Ensure the Transhipment Facility's power generation operates correctly.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess an electrical background and have relevant qualifications. They must hold a valid MSIC Card and current AMSA Medical certification. Australian citizenship or a valid work visa is also necessary.
