Responsibilities:- Ensure customer service remains the top priority at all times.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and technicians to ensure accurate information is conveyed to clients.
- Update databases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle warranty inquiries, schedule technician visits, and process invoices.
To succeed in this position, you will require prior experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably within a call centre setting. A commitment to quality over quantity in customer service, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be essential.
