Expert Legal Advice - Consumer Insurance Matters

We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on complex insurance matters, including product development, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on complex insurance products and distribution models.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes that protect and advance our interests.
  • Draft and review key contractual documents, including policy wordings, PDSs, and statutory notices.
Requirements:
  • Admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in any Australian Court and a current Practising Certificate.
  • 5+ years post-admission experience in financial services law, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate legal complexity into actionable advice.
