Job Summary:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion, providing expert legal advice on property transactions, conducting thorough legal research, and drafting and reviewing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases, ensuring timely and efficient handling
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer expert advice on conveyancing matters
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts and legal agreements
  • Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other professionals throughout the process

Requirements:

  • NQ-5 PQE
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
  • In-depth knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
  • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to case management
