Precast Labourer

Our client is seeking a team of hard working PreCast labourers to join their construction team for the installation of precast girders and pylons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labouring in a variety of environments, including outdoor work and dusty conditions
  • Maintaining machinery and equipment
  • Heavy lifting and moving materials
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors in various environments with a high level of physical fitness
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
  • Able to take direction and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues
  • Previous experience in Precast construction is highly beneficial
  • Flexible to work overtime as required and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Determined approach to the role with a proven commitment to safety and occupational health and safety procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Current car license (no learners permitted)
  • Own reliable transport for commuting to work sites
  • White Card - Construction Industry Card
