Be an Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as early childhood educators. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and supporting their growth and development.

As an educator at our centre, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This will involve creating a safe, fun, and educational environment that promotes learning and development.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day care and supervision to children
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Collaborating with other educators to provide a comprehensive support system for children

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced education leaders to develop and implement best practice in early childhood education.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification in early childhood education. You will also require excellent communication skills, a warm and caring personality, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
